Standard dosage
Recommended dose to take is 15-20 drops 2-3x daily with a small amount of water and preferably 15 minutes before or after a meal.
Warnings
Not for persons with an allergy to the plants urticaceace.
In pregnancy, high doses of nettle herb should be avoided, possible uterine stimulant effect.
Do not exceed recommended daily dose unless otherwise prescribed.
