Indication

Pelargonium sidoides protects cells from infections by both viruses and bacteria.

They do this by preventing attachment to the cells even before they can infect the cell.

Alcohol 30%, water, tincture (Pelargonium sidoides)

Effectiveness

The geranium variety improves the immune system, it works strongly against viruses and slightly weaker against bacteria, it is mucolytic which means it helps dissolve mucus.

It protects the mucous membranes of the lungs by preventing the adhesion of bacteria and viruses to the mucous membranes, in addition, it prevents the multiplication of viruses already present.

In general, Pelargonium sidoides root extract reduces the severity and duration of throat, nose, ear and respiratory infections

• Acute & chronic bronchitis

• Tonsillitis

• Sinusitis

• Grippal disorders

• Sore throat

• Middle ear infection

• Weak resistance

Furthermore, Pelargonium sidoides also works for gastrointestinal complaints, medicinal actions are used in phytotherapy for the following indications.

• Adjuvants in gastrointestinal complaints

• Diarrhea

• Prevention of gastric and 12-finger duodenal ulcers.

Standard dosage

Recommended to take 15-20 drops 2-3x daily with a small amount of water and preferably 15 minutes before or after a meal.
